Where can I download tags module?

I read about tags module and would like install it in my gallery2. But I cannot find it. Could someone help? I need version 1.4 or above or latest.

gallery admin -> plugins -> get more plugins -> user contributed plugins

I'm using the latest Gallery 2.2.x release. And I cannot see tags from gallery admin -> plugins -> get more plugins -> user contributed plugins.

Is there a way I can download it? Or I need to upgrade to use it? If upgrade, will 2.3 do?

2.3 is the latest and most likely last version of G2. Please upgrade to 2.3 as it has security fixes from the 2.2.x branch.
