turn off comments? (and some miscellaneous general gushing)

Hey, all-
Is there a way to simply turn off comments in G3? If there is, I can't seem to find it. I don't want to deal with moderation, spam, etc.; I'd prefer people email me or comment on my blog.

P.S. I just installed G3 from git, and I'm simply blown away- this is really terrific stuff so far- simple, clean, powerful, and still extensible (though I have not yet installed any plugins.) Exactly what I was hoping for!

Go to Admin -> Modules.
Uncheck the box next to "Comments".
Press the "Update" button at the bottom of the page.

Sigh, I'm an idiot. I was staring at the modules screen as I wrote the original quesiton and still didn't see it. Thanks!
