I downloaded jhead.txt and the question is, how do I install it? Do I simply upload this file to my public_html directory and point to it on the configuration page? I am using FTP. |

you need the complete tar file, you then need to extract the tar file into an executable directory (using a shell login is the only way that I know) ... then when you run the gallery configurator thingo, it asks for the path to jhead ... just type in the path
