how to use gallery remote with wpg2 wordpress plugin

Hello. First of all thanks to anyone that will help me...
I find "gallery remote" a light but great and very useful software to upload photos into my gallerys.
One of the gallerys I usually use is embedded in wordpress through the plugin WPG2. Note that it uses wp login to log in the gallery.
So...how to log in with gallery remote using wpg2 plugin?
Login in (bare) gallery is disabled (if I go to example.com/gallery/main.php via web browser and try to login it fails). Tried "standalone" gallery type with these urls but doesn't work (neither to previous url, nor example.com/wp-gallery2.php, nor example.com/index.php/wpg2).
I noticed that there are 3 other options than "standalone" gallery which are "PostNuke", "PHPNuke", "geeklog".... I must say I don't really know what these 3 mean... and how to use that... anyone is in my same situation?
