OK, brain dead story of the month. What started all this Liquid Web mess was that I accidentally clicked and CUT my gallery/albums folder. I wasn't able to get it back. I got it from back-up and put it all back together and it was garbage. Things just aren't syncing.

Any suggestions on what to do? I put all my album folders back and that .users folder. There are a lot of little .bak files in the folder. Do they belong? Ahhhhhhhh

Can you be a little more explicit about what's going wrong? ("it was garbage" doesn't quite explain it to me).

What's the URL to your Gallery?

Sorry, at my day job I would kill a user if they told me " I see garbage ". When I go to my gallery, that is supposed to have 6 albums, I see no pics no albums. I'm sure it's something with reinstalling everything and things being out of sort. When I login I get this below, along with invalid user/password. I know it's right though.

Warning: fopen("/home/domain_name/public_html/gallery/albums/.users/userdb.dat.0", "w") - Permission denied in /home/domain_name/public_html/gallery/platform/fs_unix.php on line 53

Oh ho! This garbage (can't help it, I've gotta tease you about it  ) is a filesystem permission issue. Try the directions in FAQ C.15 and see if they help. This may resolve your other issue also; if it doesn't, report back.
