After loads of help from this forum I have a very happy client who just loves his gallery and it is working really well.
I only have what I hope is one last glitch. Postage. We want to charge a flat rate of $10 per order for postage and handling. I set up (in checkout configuration) postage of $10. I tried to change the number of bands to one but it seems to default to 2 so I just put $10 in for both bands. I am using checkoutemail and when I go to check out, no postage is applied.
Historically, I have done something simple and silly so I feel sure I have missed something here!
The site is accessible at http://rickardsphotography.com.au/index.php?option=com_wrapper&view=wrapper&Itemid=72. I have cleared the cache and so on but the postage just does not want to appear! I have added it as a manual 'option' on order but folk are simply ignoring that and just ordering the images.
So any simple guide as to what I am doing wrong and how to load a flat rate single postage rate of $10 per order would be oh so appreciated!
