Notications not subject to permissions

I have noticed that in my temporary album, in which I am the only user with permissions, any modifications invoke notifications to all G3 users... |

Will do.
Reproduction of the problem: Create an album and set permissions such that only a certain group may view/add/edit that album; login as a member of that group and perform some modifications; all G3 users who have signed up for notifications will receive an email notifying them of the modifications even though they should not even know of the albums existence!
