Tagging...

I have been brainstorming how I plan to implement my instance of G3, and I have thought of the following ideas around tagging... (Most of these are probably ticketed, but perhaps some are original):

> An easy way to view tags that have already been assigned to an image
> Add tags from a drop-down list or similar, more practical means
> Regional tagging of images (I.E. Tagging of a person's face in an image, Facebook style)
> Categorization of tags (E.g. a side widget with a "tree" of tags... with parent and child tags) - This would really amount to a category system not unlike the one implemented in Wordpress)
- Plants
- Cacti
- Trees
- Flowers
- Cars
- American
- British
- Japanese
- Favorites

Just some thoughts...
