"Move Photo" doesn't work. Just goes to blank white page

Hello,
We've been running G2 for quite a while, but recently we noticed the "Move Photo" function isn't working.
What happens when you click that button is it takes you a blank white page with no source code, the address
displayed is:

I tried upgrading to 2.3 and went through the whole process and it said it was successful, but the sys info says its still 2.2.5
??

For the system info, you need to run that task to refresh that info. Site Admin > Maintenance > click Run for System Info.

Put gallery into debug mode, try moving a photo again and paste the debug output into a text file and attach to another post
