Due to an error, it was necessary to reload the entire website from a back-up (that was working) just a few days old. After uploading (fpt) the entire backup, all the pages on the website work just fine except when the user clicks on "Gallery".

The website tries to load the Gallery, but comes back with this error:

Security Violation
The action you attempted is not permitted.

Back to the Gallery

How do I go about correcting this error ??
I'm new to Gallery and could use assistance with this.

Thank You,

Guy A.

The website name is: www.UnderSeaLevel.com

Go to the site and click on "Gallery"
to recreate the error.

Thanks,
Guy A.

You need to make sure that the user the webserver (IIS?) runs as has permission to modify your g2data directory and all files and directories under g2data.

And try clearing the cache (once the webserver can modify those files)
FAQ: How can I clear cached data?
