Import from G2.3 on windows to G3beta on linux. Possible?

I have installed G3beta onto Ubuntu thats running in a virtual machine (VMware) on a winXP box. My G2.3 is installed onto this windows box. Can anyone think of a method to import my G2.3 website into G3beta? |

You'd need to install G3 on windows or migrate your G2.3 install to Linux. They need to be on the same box.
