Video Watermark problem

Hello.
I have a problem with the watermark on the video thumbnails.
My personal created by me in the Watermark Size 150 x 113 is not shown, instead, the filmreel.png funny displayed.

I had before, which makes it like this:

So I have adapted the MovieThumbnailOption.inc something, it now looks like this:

Although I am entering the filmreel.png had cleared out, seems you still and video thumbnails look like this:

So how can I change the video thumbnail, so it looks like I wants it, with the Play button in the middle?
