Name the block - Exif in the sidebar

exif_sidebar.html.php puts the nameless link to the Exif information.
We do have #gExifData defined for the dialog but it is not a case for the sidebar.
while icon which is displayed could be adjusted via state image map, link itself is not identifaiable. Could we introduce an id name for it, like #gExifLink?
