Which Browser? Are you allowing for Flash/Shockwave execution?

It's good I installed Shockwave FLash and now I can upload my photos !

I've got the same problem. Strangely, I can add individual pictures from the little drop down menu but this is individually and hence - excruciatingly slow.
I've got the latest version of Flash as far as I'm aware. I'm using Firefox... I've also noticed that the gallery doesn't seem to think I've got Flash... or is there some script that needs to be tweaked somewhere?
