"Clear Cash" is not clearing

I need to clear cash to see the changes i've made in templates. I try to clear cash with availible tools but it does not help my. I don't see any expected changes I've made in Templates.
So, I go to Maintanance -> Clear Cash Database and Templates. All sucsesfull!
Then I did all as described in How can I clear cached data? http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery2:FAQ#How_can_I_clear_cached_data.3F
Then I go to FTP:/gallery2/g2data/cache/ and I see that cash folders are not empty. There are plenty cash files even from modules I've already delete much times ago!

Question: How to realy clear cash to see my changes??
