Cache Maintenance /cache/entity

hi
i'm using gallery2 and i have a lot of cached files.. i've deleting with the includet maintenance ( http://www.example.com/gallery/lib/support/index.php) an i get this error msg for cache/entity.

dit you have an idea how to fix it?
