Checkout Menu Translation

Hello
Does someone know, where the Menu in the upper right corner
with the following links could be translated to german?

Menu:

Site-Administration
View Cart
Admin Orders

I have installed all the checkout Extensions that are available.
And all the German translation files.

But these links still aren't translated.
