problem in photo name _ and -

I have done the steps which tell in below thread to remove

_ and - in photo name

from the above url i have change _ and - in my webtheme

but when i checked it goes right for some places but not everywhere in the gallery.

I mean some album have file name like= abc-test_123.jpg

and some have abc test 123

i m showing it below.
