All photos and galleries there, but not visible after working fine.

I have had this gallery for a while. When I went to update it with more images, I found that albums were no longer showing up. If I search an image I can find the album and the photos, but there's no other way for me to see them.

Not sure what to do, I'm not very saavy with all of this... just want my photos visible. =)
