Gallery just says "ERROR", I didn't change anything

The following information is required to get an answer:

Apache version: what hostrocket uses
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please): what hostrocket uses

Web browser/version (if applicable): firefox

I was customizing some themes, showdate and showsize editing didn't work but this had been all day, anyways, I didn't change anything and all of a sudden all I get is "Error" in black bold trying to go to the gallery (go look), I can go to site maintence (http://phable.net/gallery2/lib/support/index.php?cache( and cleared cache, there was an error in clearing the html pages but that's it.

Any help is greatly appreciated i need to complete this...
