I cannot pass the step 2 of Gallery 2.3 installation

I cannot pass the step 2 of the Gallery 2.3 installation. I am getting this error:HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error
C:\PHP\php-cgi.exe - The FastCGI process exceeded configured activity timeout.

I installed PHP, FastCGI and G2D components. I arranged my php.ini file and my php test file works just fine. I installed Wordpress and it work fine. I cannot install Gallery 2.3.

I am using Windows Server 2008 platform.

I am really new at this, so please help.
