Can't copy file???

Hello folks, I'm in the need of some assistance. I'm running Gallery 1.3.1, with the newest netpbm tools, etc etc on a Win2k server with IIS5. Everything is looking ok yet when I try to upload a picture I get this wonderful error. - Adding DSCF0044.JPG jpegtopnm: Can't open C:Websitesgalleryalbumsalbum01DSCF0044.jpg. Errno=No such file or directory(2). pnmfile: EOF / read error reading magic number It's strange. I watch the dest folder (album01) and you can actually see each file pop in there for a split second, then disappear? anyone have any idea why this would be happening and what I could do to remedy it.
