Add tag in photo page under photo whit out click on link add tag

Hi,
it is strange, i have install tag plugin, but i can add tag only in album pages, and i cant directly add tag in photo page, in photo page i must click previus on link add tag...
How can add the module of taggin under single photo in photo page?

(scuse me for englisch but i'm italian)
