5 requirement areas reduced to 4 -> 50% of them like a heart transplantation -> small project == no money
Any question left?

Even do we think it is a small project, it is up to a real good developper that might be interessed to contact us in real by phone or email and we could explain our requirement, then you provide an estimate of work and your hourly rate.

P.S. for us a small project is considered between 0$ and 50,000$.

We are not looking to cut the corner!

Thanks,
