3rd Step of the Pre-installer link doesn't work

Gallery version (not just "2"): 2.3 (pre-installer version)
PHP version (e.g. 5.1.6): PHP Version 5.2.8
PHPInfo Link (see FAQ): http://tothenines.ca/~netadmin/info.php
Webserver (e.g. Apache 1.3.33): Apache version - 2.2.11 (Unix)
Database (e.g. MySql 5.0.32): 5.0.67-community-log
Activated toolkits (e.g. NetPbm, GD): ??
Operating system (e.g. Linux): Linux
Browser (e.g. Firefox 2.0): Firefox 3.06

Now my problem is, for whatever reason after having uploaded the Pre-Installer to my site, when I get to "Follow this link to start the Gallery 2 installation wizard! " the link that opens doesn't seem to exist. But when I follow that SAME link in my FTP, everything's where it should be (i think).

Why is this happening? I'm no coder by ANY massive stretch of the imagination, and am getting to the end of my wits with Gallery2...

i think i am haveing the same problem am gonna try to read the boreds more to see if some one else had the problem and if it was sloved

http://tothenines.ca/gallery2/phpinfo.php is not a phpinfo link it should look like:
[img]http://stuff.h-i-r.net/blogstuff/phpinfo.png[/img]

well i got past that and i got ini the installastion maybe it was a different probelm ihad from you

Sorry I must have mis-read something along the way, the .phpinfo is now correct.
