carbon theme custom hyperlink

I would like to know how to modify my gallery hyperlink in the Carbon Theme. I am choosing the Carbon Theme because it gives me the option to use my product URL at the top of the page, instead of a logo. Currently, clicking on the hyperlink URL sends users to the root of the Gallery folder (one level up from my root). How do I change the hyperlink to send users to the root of my website?

Just moved my site to SiteGround. . . using the latest version of Gallery 2, Linux / Unix server, PHP version 5.2.5, MySQL version 4.1.22

I tried to do this, today. For kicks, I am trying to change my logo and URL to go to http://mybabys1st.net. I changed the code, but the Carbon Theme is still stubborn about only leading to the Gallery folder.

See the page here http://mybabys1st.net/gallery/. From there you can test the logo and URL.

It is in place, now. It has the same problem, though. I have emptied the Gallery cache and restarted my browser before checkiing it.

Now, mine works. I assume that the code needed some extra time to get out to the server network.
