I am very desperate and confused and hope someone can help me.
I am running Joomla 1.5
Wordpress 2.7
And Gallery2
I would love to get them all into one happy little webpage, with the same look and feel.
Joomla doesn’t give me the blog function I wanted and and RSGallery is missing back buttons and other things that Gallery2 offers
Wordpress is good for blogging, but to actually display a lot of other content is not very good to administer.
So does anyone know how I get them all to look in the same style and integrate? I read about a thousand ho tows in the last time, but they all get too technical for me.
I know Joomla has a Integration for Wordpress, but I cannot afford 60 $ a year to accomplish that.
It’s just a small personal webpage anyhow.
I already installed the plug-in for wordpress and Gallery 2 but Gallery 2 does not pic up the template of Wordpress.
I also would settle n(though it would be a shame ) for gallery and wordpress as one element and Joomla as the other, but then I would like to import a B2evolution theme that I created as counter to my Joomla design (still have to figure out how to the import of the database to wordpress – installing it in the same folder and all dint work for me );-(
So many systems and even more questions.
Can someone help me with these?
