Skip straight to photo page from main album page?

Good morning.
Currently my gallery page displays the sub-album thumbs, which when clicked on goes to a thumb page which will open the photo page with thumbnails when one of those thumbnails is clicked on.

Is there a way to skip the second page? Instead of going to the sub-album thumbs, open up a photo page using the first photo by default when you click the sub-album thumb?
