Trying to Center Custom Fields

I am trying to center the custom fields in the gallery with no luck. I hav tried some of the board solutions, but so far they have not worked. We have custom fields named "Newborn Information" that we want centered below the main picture. How can we do that? Here is a link to the site:

We want teh Newborn Information centered like the baby name.
