Trouble with Remote after reloading

I have been using remote for awhile now, I had to get a new hard drive and therefore download remote again. At first it worked, but then some of the pictures that I uploaded to my site did not load on the website, they would just show up as an X on the website. So I downloaded the remote_1.5.1-b43 but had the same problems that everyone else is having, so I reinstalled the the b42 version and now when I log into remote and then click on create new album, the new album shows up on the list but then everything, except for the icons on the top of the window, become unclickable (light grey). Any ideas? Everything was working fine before. I am running Windows XP.
