module usermessages: limit messages

Hi,
I would like to limit the number of messages in the module usermessages. Means, every user can only save maybe 50 messages. Or if you sent a Message to another user whos mailbox is already full you get a hint comparable to the mail delivery system.

Otherwise it is maybe possible to delete messages from users by the admin in case of full memory.
