2.0.4 error on step 8

I am trying to install 2.0.4; yes, an old version, but I need to get that version running so I can run the upgrades to the most recent version. This version has crashed completely.

Upon a fresh install, I am getting an error in step 8 (install the core module) .... I am using a new g2data directory and a newly created database, so I'm not sure what the problem is. Here is my log:
