Looking to use galley software

Hi everybody,
I am looking for a gallery program for my site www.the-war-lord.com . I would like a program where i can set the album categories and then my customers can create sub albums for their armies and upload pictures of their miniatures into their albums.

We also need a feature so the customers can vote and comment on each others photos. Here is an example of a site I that some of the features we like http://www.coolminiornot.com/ .

Would you recomend this site or another?
