Has anyone suggested a judging module?

I'm finishing up with a photography club web site (www.isobap.com) and for our first month we used the star rating system to pick the winners. The rule was for each member to choose five stars for first, four for second, and three stars for third. Of course, I had to query the database to compile the votes and choose the winners.

Gallery seems a good choice for a photography club but I would like to see a module that makes it easier for either members to rank each others photos or to have an outside judge choose the winners in a manner that shows at least thumbnails of the entries.

I have explored a polling plug-in for Drupal (Decisions) but it converted my image tags for each entry to plain text, so I couldn't add thumbnails of the images to the polls.

Has anyone else asked for a similar feature?
