bad language tag when loading dtree.js

On line 549 of wpg2functions.inc there is a deprecated use of the 'language' attribute when loading dtree.js. Can this get removed so that I don't have to remember to remove it manually every time I upgrade? I'm a bit nuts and use XHTML 1.0 Strict, which doesn't allow the language attribute.
The language attribute is only ever useful it you have multiple versions of the script for different browsers and specify the javascript version. Having language="javascript" tells nobody anything they didn't already know (unless someone is still using Netscape 4...).
At any rate, w3c dropped it, and it would be really nice to have it removed from the code permanently.
