500 internal server error

Okay so I do the install everything is fine on the checks except an warning about output buffering enabled.

I've deleted the db & storage dir twice.
I've attached the logfiles.
install_0ace43b0f4.log is during the first install attempt.
install_96370154ab.log is when I retry step 8.
