I had that same problem. It turned out somehow the graphical toolkit order got messed up and the primary one was one that my webhost didn't support. Try a different graphical toolkit and then rebuild the thumbnails.

i have the same problem both gallery's

Ah, this could have been solved so long ago. Either uninstall jpegtran or SquareThumb. For some reason jpegtran and Square Thumbs seem to have a conflict.
While you're at it, if ImageMagick and NetPBM are configured and working, uninstall GD, it's pointless to use it if either of those two work and it's less efficient.
If you're not uploading movies, mp3s or raw images, I'd also uninstall Ffmpeg, Getid3 and Dcraw.
If you don't know how to do any of that, or have any questions, just ask.

Log in as admin, go to Site Admin > Plugins and uninstall jpegtran.
This link explains how to install plugins, but uninstalling is pretty much the same.

I also have this problem of thumbnails not showing up.
Using Apache, Cpanel
When I try to 'Build all thumbnails' I get this message :

But the 'continue...' button appears, also back in the maintainance list it shows success.
What to do?
I tried uninstalling the unnecessary plugins, but it didn't help.
What is wrong?

saranghills, I think your problem, while similar is different. Please start a new thread and post your system details and a link to phpinfo as explained here:
FAQ: What information is required when I ask for help in the forums?
Also post the full debug output from using 'buffered' debug more. I don't see any errors in the output you posted above.

Try rebuilding the thumbnails. You can try from Site Admin > Maintenance and run the option to do that there or if that doesn't work, click on Edit Album for the any of your albums, click on the Album tab and select the 6 check boxes in the middle of the page that pertain to rebuilding thumbs.
