Gallery 2.2.5: How do I delete a photo and/or album?

Hello,

Couple of questions:

I'm setting up Gallery 2.2.5 on my friend's site, so he has an "easy" way to upload photos.
I uploaded one photograph, to test the system.
So far so good.
Now I want to delete it.
I can't for the life of me, find the delete key anywhere.

Also, I changed the theme on the admin panel.
It hasn't changed on the site.
What's the deal?
