Upgrading 2.2.2 to 2.3 Errors

I'm pretty much a newbie at all of this.

When upgrading from 2.2.2 to 2.3 I received the following errors. I did the "full" upgrade by unpacking on my server through my servers file manager and then using the browser based upgrade wizard.

Everything seems to have been a success except dcraw and ffmpeg. Jpegtran did not produce an error during install, but I can't find the path to it. Is there a fix to this? The /usr/bin/ path worked in 2.2.2

I called my server tech support and the tech did not know what open_basedir was & said the /usr/bin/ path should work. Version 2.2.2 was already installed through an "Easy App" available in my Control Panel on my server before I upgraded.
