username and password

I have recently taken over as the person who takes care of the website www.theatrewestvirginia.com.

On the front page of this website, there is an item that says photo gallery. If you click on this link, it directs you to another page called TWV Gallery. On this page there is a item to the right side that says login.

Here is the problem!!! No one at this organization knows that the username and password are, and have had several people at my position since the last time it was updated. and now we are unable to login to update pictures and whatever else needs to be done.

I was hoping that someone there could give me the username/password or at least help me figure out how to reset the username and password.

FAQ: I've forgotten my admin password! How can I reset it?

When I do the congfiguration wizard, I get an error message and it will not allow me to do anything.
