Separate themes for the embedded site and main

Is there any way to use a separate theme for the embedded gallery and the main folder?

I'm using Wordpress and Gallery together, and the Siriux theme doesn't seem to offer the same edit functions as the Matrix one (mainly, moving multiple images using the drop down menu).

Is this possible?
