I have recently taken over as the admin for the company I work for website. This was set up several years ago and several people have done this job before me. The problem is that I cannot get into the items, due to being a user name and password, which no one knows what it is, and the email address that is was set up under, no longer exists. My question is: I have created a new username and password, but I need to find out how to be able to link this new stuff with the hold items. Any one have any ideas or am I just wasting my time. I do not believe I have the necessary pictures in the old items to create new galleries of photos. |

If you want the admin password there is a procedure on the lost password page for obtaining a new one. That only works if the admin username is 'admin' the defualt durring setup.

I need to find out this information, so that I can fix the the website www.theatrewestvirginia.com/gallery/ because the links do not work.
I am not sure I can fix it even with the information. Maybe someone from Gallery can help.
