Looking for a plugin to do the following....

I dont know if there even is such a thing, but here goes.

What i am looking for is something that you can enter in a user then set a specific number of days, or maybe a date, and then once the specified amount of days, or date is reached it will move that user to a specified user group.

so say like I move User V to a group called purgatory.

i use this plugin to input the user V to move from his current group to a group called Free in 30 days, or at a date that i can specify. then when thats met he gets moved by the plugin.
