Embed into mambo

The following information is required to get an answer:
Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).
Gallery URL (optional but very useful):
Gallery version: 1.5.9
Apache version: Don't know
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please):PHP 4
Graphics Toolkit: Netpbm
Operating system:Vista
Web browser/version (if applicable): IE
I'm trying to embed gallery1 into mambo but I keep getting this error:

Warning: include(C:\xampp\htdocs\gallery-1.5.9\contrib\mambo\index.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\xampp\htdocs\components\com_gallery\gallery.php on line 49

Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening 'C:\xampp\htdocs\gallery-1.5.9\contrib\mambo\index.php' for inclusion (include_path='.;C:\xampp\php\pear\') in C:\xampp\htdocs\components\com_gallery\gallery.php on line 49

If anyone can help me, I'd appreciate it!

Hello,

- how did you install Gallery into your mambo?
- Which version of mambo are you using?

I went to install > universal > com_gallery1_mambo.zip, clicked install
then I went into the settings and put in the path of the gallery.xml

Hi,

i don't know where you got that zip.
"Normally" you do not go that way. Instead use the contrib/mambo folder from Gallery as installation source.
