Developer for hire for Printing Module?

I am interested in hiring a developer to design a custom module related to printing images. It should be able to print all of the images that you have in your cart, giving options as far as size and how many images per page.

How will a webserver print the images? What do you have in mind?

I want the images to be able to be printed on the local computer viewing them. The options should be very similar to the photo printing wizard in windows xp - you should be able to choose the number of images per page, the size, etc.
