Cloud of tags

I try to use the module of Cloud of tags http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery2:Modules:tags
In this web project http://dx7.org/gallery3/main.php
The cloud works but when I try to limit the number of tags, it doesn't work.
1- I go to the Tag Settings
2- I check "limit the amount of number of tags"
3- I choose a number in "Amount to limit to"

And it doesn't work. What's matter?

It limits the list. It does not limit the number of tags to be shown. Yes I know the working is incorrect.
