Remove "Photo Actions" in Gallery 1.5.8

	After upgrading to Gallery 1.5.8, the "Photo Actions" drop down box now appears in every album. Is there a way to disable the drop down box globally? Rather than turning off the property in every album. Thanks in advance.[i]
