Problem configuration

The following information is required to get an answer:
Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).
Gallery URL (optional but very useful):
Gallery version:1.3.1
Apache version:
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please):PHP 5.2.1
Graphics Toolkit:GD2 2.028
Operating system:Linux
Web browser/version (if applicable):IE7
I have installed NETPBM but program doesn't find the path.My gallery worked several years but now not work.The problem is NETPBM.In my folder NETPBM there are:giftopnm,jpegtopnm, pngtopnm, pnmfile, pnmflip, pnmrotate, pnmscale, pnmtopng, ppmquant, ppmtogif, ppmtojpeg.Please help me

Hello,

are you REALLY using Gallery 1.3.1?

If yes, please upgrade AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
It contains heavy security bugs which can be used to hack your complete system!
Its also not compatible with PHP5.

So a non working Netpbm is really the smallest issue you have.

1.6-RC1 is sort of buggy. (Unfortunately 1.5.8 is buggy too )

If you want to go with the 1.6 series, then please get the latest from http://jems.de/archive/1.6
For 1.5.x i suggest the latest 1.5.9 from 1.5.9/archive/1.5.9

Thank you.My phpinfo inform that the exec() function is disabled on my server. Gallery will not function with this PHP configuration?

Gallery 1.x will not be able to perform any image related manipulations.
Thumbnails, resized version etc.
Makes it nearly unuseable.

G2 can use the PHP GD extension.

I deleted gallery 1.3.1. So, I do not know what can I do. I am a member stupid! I was readind there are members that help stupids!I want pay.Thank you very mach. Sorry for my english

I hope you did not delete the albums folder also..

What is the best:gallery1 or gallery2
database access is required:I have MySql.The configuration database is it included in the price?
When I was install gallery 1.6 RC1 the following erros appears:

You can't use G1 with this server.

G2 sould be possible, but you will also get some warnings.
