The following information is required to get an answer:
Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).
Gallery URL (optional but very useful): http://gallery.wuliaoland.com/Katy-s-Travels
Gallery version: 1.4.4-pl4
Apache version:
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please): v5.2.6
Graphics Toolkit: ImageMagick
Operating system: Windows XP
Web browser/version (if applicable): IE6

If you click into any of the nested albums in this album, you'll see that there are two "up" links--one to "Katy's Travels" and one to "Exuberant Cherry Blossoms." "Cherry Blossoms" is an empty album that does not show up in "Katy's Travels" and I don't believe that any of the albums in "Katy's Travels" are nested in "Cherry Blossoms" so I'm not sure why the link is showing up. Furthermore, as "Cherry Blossoms" doesn't show up as an album in "Katy's Travels," I can't make any changes to it or delete it. How do I get rid of the album and link?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello moniquisha,

first of all: Gallery 1.4.4 is not compatible with PHP 5.x
You should have multiple problems right now. For example i guess you can not log in anymore.

Your Gallery is also modified, so its hard to tell what could be the reason
It may also be some corrupted metadata.

Are you able to upgrade to a new version?
If not, i would be glad to help you.

hi jens,
thanks for the response.
i actually don't have any trouble logging in and haven't noticed any other problems except for this one.
when i first installed gallery, i spent a lot of time modifying it (as you noted), so i would prefer not to upgrade (especially since it was so long ago that i can't remember what changes i made)
can you walk me through fixing this problem?
thanks!

You have no problems?

Strange. Gallery 1.4.4 uses PHP variables that do NOT EXIST anymore in PHP5 ;-)

I would have to investigate on your machine to figure out what migt be the problem.
Never seen this particular problem before.
