[Translation error: Array ( [one] => (%d item total) [many] => (%d items total) [count] => [arg1] => ) ]

i have tried deleting/replacing the Iteminfo.tpl & a few other things, yet it doesn't seem to get rid of the error!
at one time i did have ebony installed

Site admin -> maintenance ; version info ...You need to update the data with a 'run now'. Yes not intuitive, I know.
@ translation error: Carbon theme? Version? You might need to upgrade the theme.

however, i have downloaded, reinstalled and overwritten all my themes, etc and STILL no change on the "translation error"

any other suggestions?

Does the error only happen on the carbon theme?
If so what version of the theme are you using?

The only other thing I can think of is:
FAQ: How can I make sure that my installation files are all intact?

i'm using matrix. tried different themes with no change.
i think it might have something to do with the ebony theme. it gave me warnings during the upgrade and i managed to remove it.
i ended up doing a FULL install of 2.2.5 but i believe that the ebony may have put a file in that it's looking at and trying to override current settings. i made sure all 2.2.5 files are there.

ok, i answered my question. the "local" folders that ebony installed were overrriding the template settings. i deleted them all and problem was resolved

In G2.3, the theme can have a override that will allow for this to work properly. The theme will have have the template files and you will not have to add local directory to other modules.
glad you got it sorted. Would have taken me ages to find something like that.

Hi Rybred,

which are the "local" folders you are talking about ? I got the same error message and tried almost everything to get rid of them.

Are you talking about the folder in : modules/core/templates/blocks/ ?

any other "local" folder in modules ?
